Click here to enjoy an 11 minute interview with Mike Guido conducted by Long Island Blues Warehouse guru Mark Klein. Through skilled questioning Mr. Klein permits Mr. Guido to be witty, erudite, engaging and actually quite charming. I'm ready for my close up …
Recorded by Phrögk directly from the sound board to a cassette tape. This tape has lived in a drawer in the war room (in a file cabinet known as "Big Pink") for the past 25 years. I thought it was lost and rediscovered it in Sept '07. I immediately converted it to digital and it lives to be listened to in a new format.
Recorded by Phrögk on half-inch tape at 7 1/2 inches per second. The 4 track master has vocals on track 1, piano, harp & bass on track 2, guitars on 3 and drums on 4. In 1980 it was mixed to a cassette tape & then in 2006 it was converted to digital on my trusty Mac computer.
Recorded by Phrögk directly from the sound board to a cassette tape. We recorded this tape before Bag #5 for use during the show. It has been used for the Designer Bag contest ever since, except when it was missing… but you will have to click the link above to learn more
Oh this is hysterical. Recorded in a basement studio in Wantagh this 30 second radio spot features Mike Guido and Big Scotto, as only he can be. You must listen to this and read the accompanying story.
Click the link and you will view a pdf with 286 pages (plus index) of lead sheets for every Beatle song. The file is 13.5MB and opens in about 30 seconds on my Mac. To download the file right-click (control-click for Macs) on the link above and save it to disk. This file has saved my butt several times during those wierd gigs where you sit in with a band and don't know all the songs.

There are a lot of Stones clips spread on Youtube and it's difficult to find them because they are not organized in a logical sequence. This site will do the job for you!
In the War Room I found a cd-rom with about 100 TV commercials from the 50's and 60's. As Benevolent Despot, I must heed my responsibility to share these babies with you. I will try to post one each month until I fill up the space on my web server.
